Since you are in a management position, a month’s notice with the stipulation that once your replacement is trained you can leave. You should have a full two weeks of training your replacement before leaving. If the owner drags his/her feet on hiring a replacement and eats into your two weeks of training then let them know you will still leave at the end of the agreed time.
