Yes, you can do so. It’s just like having a second job. As long as you can keep up with it, and schedules do not conflict, then you should be good.

No. Most companies have a no competition clause. You will be fired over this.

Legally? Yes. But being that Walgreens and CVS are direct competitors, neither company would go for it as it would be a conflict of interests. Now you could work one or the other and possibly get a job as a tech in a hospital setting, as they are not competitors.
