You’ve got a good question here.

Civil rights leaders like Malcolm X and Martin Luther King, Jr. no longer exist. People like Sharpton, Jackson and Young, and a whole slew of others, are simply cynical opportunists who capitalize on the reputations of the real (but dead) leaders and enrich themselves at the expense of the people they claim to help and represent. No one has elected them, no one wants or needs their self-aggrandizing actions and questionable behavior.

It is the liberal ‘live and let live’ attitude of most minority people that allows these bloodsucking bottom-feeders to exist. Most people don’t know the real damage they cause.

And yes, the original leaders, though they died in the process, produced the changes that they were seeking to a degree they would never have imagined.

To motherlandprecision: Young was out of line–his comments were exploitative to both the black community and the groups he disparaged. The irony is that the company he was being paid to promote when he lashed out is one that carries a well-deserved reputation for exploitation and abuse of the poor, minorities and women that is 10,000 times worse than anything that Young was complaining about.

They may all be NOI. Thats as about ****** as you can get.

I want to be perfectly honest here… and I know I’m going to get a lot of flack for it, but I actually agreed with what young said about the store owners in the black neighborhoods. It’s very true and I don’t believe he should have taken back his word about how these store owners treat their customers and the quality of the items they sell in their stores.

As far as them saying they **** Jews…I didn’t get that from any statements made by any of those people.

    And just for the record…

Just because one black man stands up and say something it doesn’t mean they speak for all black men, women, and children.

You sure picked a poor example.
Is that all you got, a token example to support your weak beliefs?
