I have both. I’d go with the Nano. A Nano is top of the line product. Apple clearly has the best product on the market for an MP3 player. The Pantech is a good phone overall but lacks Bluetooth, data cables to connect it to a computer, and the Pantech brand has not yet been established in the US.
If you have one of the items already pick the other. If you are looking to sell the item the Nano will attract much more interest from people then the phone.
I’d go with the Nano.

I would take the Nano. Cingular cannot be trusted with customer care, they charge too much for their services. To be honest, the camera phone is poorly designed and assembled rather badly. The nano plays gapless music playback, the best soundquality and is VERY thin. I’d save your money and get a RAZR or KRZR from some different carrier.

I have the 2gb nano and it’s really great. take it with me everywhere and i can listen to it in the car now through the speakers. have about 700 songs and not full yet.
