Your best bet is to check with your state and county offices to make sure that you have everything covered.
More than likely, Yahoo has one license to cover everything, as more than anything else, they provide information and a way to share it.
The real estate they are involved with his a partnership with a national real estate company and Yahoo is predominantly partnering with them for exposure and marketing. The real estate people have the necessary licenses for their venture.
